Polyester resin HAVELpol 5 is suitable for manufacturing strength-consuming parts that must withstand greater loads. Attention its not pre-accelerated resin! To curing add a catalyst K1 peroxide or Butanox M50 in addition 1-2% by weight, mix thoroughly. Then add 1% accelerator Cobalt solution also in addition 1-2% by weight and mix to be uniformly dispersed in the resin. Warning: Dont mix catalyst and accelerator together, there is a violent reaction !! Working time and cure depends on the operating temperature and the addition of a catalyst and accelerator. Generally, the lower the temperature and amount of added substance, the curing is slower.
