HAVELpol 4 is a clear, yellowish non- preaccelerated resin. For curing, it is necessary to mix the other two components: cobalt accelerator and peroxide catalyst. The resin is suitable for hand lamination of transparent parts with high resistance and requirement for UV stability, but also is suitable for casting orgonite, or pouring subjects. Recommended dosage: Sl.A Havelpol 4 ... resin. Sl.B Accelerator-1% cobalt Thrombin Solution .......... addition 0.5-2% by weight. Sl.C peroxide catalyst (ButanoxM30, ButanoxM50, K1) ....... addition 0.5-3% by weight. Curing of the resin is the reaction when a large amount of heat is created. Heating and reaction speed can be influenced mainly by the addition of components B and C-accelerator catalyst. Generally, low addition generates slower reaction. For casting orgonite or layers greater than 5 mm, we recommend the addition minimum of accelerator and catalyst. Recommended workshop temperature 18-22 ° C.
